|Recommended: YesI like it — The parking for guests is very spread out. If every unit next to me had a guest, some would have to take a five minute walk to get to us. The property management has worked with us every step of the way and is very helpful. Maintenance is extremely quick and kind.

The townhouse is nice and comfortable. Roxanne is a gem at groundskeeping.
Neighbors thus far are nice. My one complaint is the trash situation. One dumpster is not adequate for a complex this size.
Thank you April, she is a valued part of our team. Sterling Heights has weekly trash pick up here, the dumpsters are available for household trash that might be more problematic to hang on to until the weekly city pick up on Fridays. If you have any questions about this, I am happy to help.
|Recommended: NoThis place is horrible, increasing rent, no extra incentives, next to a highway which causes excessive noise. Management sucks, they do not care about you at all. They allow felons to live here and do nothing about loud neighbors or pets. There are way better places to live.
Mr. Mehoff, I believe you may live in the Sterling Commons Condominiums, not the apartments that we own and run, as I have no record of you in our apartments. We would certainly attend to your concerns if your were a resident of our community. We do require background checks on all residents here that are 18 or over.
I am not familiar with the requirements of the condominiums.

|Recommended: YesPerfect first hoe — It is perfect for a first home Love that they are pet friendly and the staff are so nice. The grounds are kept up and maintained beautifully. The parking can be a little far from where your unit is but it's not terrible. The only issue I have is the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors walking around.
